VIZI-AIR™ 2-Step Exercise
*This was the original training process. It's a suggestion to get started. 

Breathing method for each of the following 2 steps:

(practice with a metronome, tempo can vary each day)

  • sit tall, feet flat on the floor

  • exhale any remaining air out in 2 beats

  • breathe in 4 beats

  • blow steady air out in 4 beats

 

 *constantly remember to:

  • “sit tall” and feet flat on the floor

  • gently hold the mouthpiece

  • keep the body still throughout the process

  • avoid nose breathing!!!

  • always engage the diaphragm muscles

 

1. BLOW AIR THROUGH THE MOUTHPIECE AND VIZI-AIR

  • keep your eyes on the VIZI-AIR!!

  • avoid puffy cheeks

  • pinwheel rotation should be immediate, moderately fast (at least) and steady throughout

  • remember how to hold the mouthpiece (gently)

  • try to avoid buzzing, but no worries if buzzing occurs

  • remember the pinwheel rotation speed you created

 

2. AIR TO VIBRATION (BUZZ) THROUGH MOUTHPIECE AND VIZI-AIR

  • remember, NO puffy cheeks

  • try to have the pinwheel rotation stay the same speed as the first step

  • remember, pinwheel rotation should be (at least) moderately fast and steady throughout

*AND DON’T FORGET TO:

  • “sit tall” and feet flat on the floor

  • gently hold the mouthpiece

  • keep the body still throughout the process

  • avoid nose breathing!!!

  • always engage the diaphragm muscles
